Just a bar, everyone single. Because the world in 2026 is all about meeting IRL, not on dating apps!
Join us for a Halloween Party and Mystery Matching at Wine & Wood. This is Hyde Park’s coziest wine bar known for its warm ambiance, wood-fired pizzas, and exceptional wine list. Located at 614 S Howard Ave, Tampa, this neighborhood favorite offers a relaxed, upscale setting perfect for mingling and meeting new people. Enjoy over 100 wines by the glass or bottle, delicious shareable bites, and a welcoming atmosphere that makes conversation easy. Come solo (or bring a friend), sip something new, and see where the night takes you. ❤️
Free street and nearby lot parking that will fill up. Rideshare apps always encouraged if you plan on enjoying the drinks available.
Matching will be powered by Matchbox. It’s a software that uses relationship science to find you your most compatible match at the party. The algorithm has matched more than half a million people to date, across 40 countries. It optimizes for long-term compatibility, based on values, but it’s up to you to see if you’ll click.
This will be our Halloween event so come dressed up in a costume if you wish!
How it works:
Upon arrival, you’ll take a matching questionnaire built by Matchbox's team of relationship scientists and curated by your host.
The Matchbox algorithm will identify your optimal match at the party, based on relationship science, AI, and Nobel Prize-winning economics.
After mingling with the whole group, matches are revealed!
