Join us for our VERY FIRST F45 class, where the workout is partner-centered, the energy is high, and your new gym buddy might just become your new drinking buddy. 😏
We’re kicking things off with a high-energy F45 session designed to get you moving, sweating, and working together. Expect partner-based exercises, plenty of encouragement, and just enough friendly competition to make you question why you agreed to this.
No pressure to be a fitness fanatic, just come ready to move, meet people, and have a good time.

⏱️ Event Start Time: 7:30 pm 🔥 Class: 8:00 PM sharp

🍻 After class: We’re taking the post-workout energy straight to Third Place Brewery for drinks, food, and some well-earned socializing. Because if we’re going to work this hard, we deserve to rehydrate… with beer.
