Matching will be powered by Matchbox.
Upon arrival, you’ll take a short matching questionnaire built by Matchbox’s research team and curated by your host. The Matchbox algorithm uses relationship science, AI, and Nobel Prize-winning behavioral economics to identify your optimal matches in the room.
You’ll meet a great group of singles.
Your match is designed to be values-aligned, not love-at-first-sight.
There’s zero pressure — be curious, have fun, and be kind.
If there is an imbalance, you may receive a platonic match. However you will have 3 opportunities to be paired with different matches throughout the night.
⏰ EVENT STRUCTURE
Matching is highly intentional and runs on a schedule — please arrive on time.
6:00pm — Event begins
6:30 pm — Questionnaire closes and first group drops
6:45pm — First match drops
7:00pm — Second group drops
7:15 pm — Second match drops
7:30pm — Third group drops
7:45 pm — Third match drops
8:00 pm —Continue the convo or meet someone new while listening to live music by Jacksonville's own Jamar Christian🎶
9:00pm —Event concludes
FAQs:
Q: How does the algorithm work? A: The Matchbox algorithm is designed to match you with someone you are compatible with deep down. It is up to you to see if you click. But if you do, the long term is taken care of.
Q: What if I don't get a match? A: We aim to maintain a 50/50 male to female ratio but cannot guarantee all attendees will show up. If there is an uneven split, some matches will be paired platonically.

⏰ ARRIVAL IS CRITICAL: AIM FOR 6:00 PM. Anyone arriving after 6:30 PM will not be able to participate in the Matchbox pairing. 🪪 30+ Bring ID or Cupid will turn you away. Tickets are non-refundable.
✨ Attending alone? That's okay! Many attendees (40%) come by themselves, so even if you’re the only single one in your friend group, don’t hesitate to join us solo. You’ll find yourself in great company.
