With pulsating beats and a contagious party spirit, the parks and streets become our playground every Saturday morning. It's not just a run; it's a singles movement, and everyone is invited to be a part of it. Lace up your shoes and join us for the ultimate urban adventure!
Timings to be early enough it doesn't eat into your weekend, but late enough it's socially acceptable to have a drink with everyone else afterwards
We do ask that all participants can run a 5km or have done so before :)
The details:
1) Meet at The Padel Yard for 11.00am (leaving for the run at 11.15am) ⏰ Please note that belongings that are left there are done so at the runner's own risk.
2) Get warmed by our Run Club Host
3) Followed by a steady 5km run. A sociable pace with a few 'ice breakers' thrown into the mix
4) Ending at The Padel Yard for a well earned refreshment. Included in your ticket is a free soft drink.
Our star host will be there making people feel welcome!
